I was really disappointed with the service. My package took way too long to arrive. After waiting a week, I checked the tracking, and it showed no updates for days. I had to go to the post office to ask about it, and they mentioned it got stuck somewhere. Not a great experience overall.

Realicé un pedido de un regalo y llego a tiempo, pero el seguimiento del paquete no fue claro. Me dejaron una nota para recogerlo en la oficina de correos, donde el personal me atendió bien, aunque la cola era un poco larga. En general, estoy satisfecho con el servicio de Bpost.

I ordered a book, and the delivery took about 11 days. The tracking system was quite confusing, and I had to reach out to support for help. They responded but didn't give me much new information. Overall, it's acceptable, but next time I hope for better tracking.
