I ordered a set of screwdriver bits and it arrived after 12 days. The package was in decent shape, but tracking was confusing; it seemed to stop updating halfway through. I had to contact support, which was somewhat helpful but still left me unsure of when my order would arrive. Overall, the bits are good, but the delivery experience could definitely improve.
