I received a birthday gift that was sent from Prague. It arrived in decent time, about 6 days, but the tracking information was unclear. Sometimes it said 'in transit' for days with no updates. Overall, the service was okay, just could use better tracking.
I ordered spare parts for my car and was let down by the delivery time. It took nearly 12 days, and I was disappointed with the lack of updates on tracking. I expected better service for the price.
