I got a keyboard delivered, but the tracking was very laggy, which made me worry a bit. When I went to the post office, the wait was longer than expected—about 20 minutes. However, the keyboard was in good condition, so I guess it turned out okay in the end.

The delivery experience was generally positive. My book arrived from Kuala Lumpur in about 3 days. The tracking system was quite effective, and I appreciated the regular updates. Slightly better packaging would have been nice since the box had some wear. Nonetheless, I would consider JT Express for my next purchase.
