I ordered a watch and it took about 14 days to arrive. The tracking information was not clear, which was frustrating. The packaging was fine, but I expected a faster delivery given the time frame. It's an average service overall.

Delivery took about 10 days from a Chinese warehouse. The box was intact, but I found the tracking information hard to follow, as it didn't update regularly. I expected a faster service, but it was acceptable given the price. It was a mixed bag, could use some improvement in tracking.
