I ordered a set of headphones from a store in China, and the overall experience was quite positive. It took about 7 days to arrive, which was close to the estimated time. The tracking worked well and I received updates regularly. The package was intact upon arrival, and I appreciated how affordable the shipping was. However, I wish the customer support was a bit more responsive as I had a question that took a while to be answered. Overall, I would use Sunyou again, but I hope for quicker responses next time.

Заказывала косметику, и доставка сильно задержалась. Ждала почти 2 недели, а сроки были 5 дней. Упаковка пришла в нормальном состоянии, но время ожидания не оправдало ожидания. Очень разочарована.
