The delivery of my new t-shirt was fine, taking around 9 days from Wuhan. However, the tracking information was lacking, and I found myself wondering where my package was for a few days. The packaging was intact, which was a plus. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it left me wanting more in terms of clarity.

I received my charger from a store in Xi'an in about 8 days. The delivery was acceptable, but the tracking was somewhat unclear at times. It would be better if they improved their communication regarding shipment status. The packaging was fine, though, so at least that was good. Overall, I would rate it as an average experience.

Заказывала игрушку для сына. Дошла в течение 10 дней с Сианя. Упаковка была немного помята, но сама игрушка не пострадала. В общем, приемлемо, но ожидала лучшего качества упаковки. Не уверена, буду ли заказывать снова.

My experience with the delivery of a book from Shanghai was okay. It arrived in about 9 days, which isn't the fastest but acceptable. The tracking was a bit unclear at times; I wasn't sure if it was on its way or stuck somewhere. The book itself was fine, but the packaging could have been better. Overall, I would consider using them again, but with some reservations.
