I ordered a set of screwdrivers, and while it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, I appreciated the customer service. They responded quickly when I inquired about the delay. The packaging was a bit lacking, and the box was slightly crushed. I guess it wasn't the best experience overall, but at least the tools are intact.
