I received my order on time, but the box was a bit damaged. I expected better packaging for the price. Still, everything inside was fine.

I ordered a set of headphones. They arrived on time, but the tracking information was often confusing. It constantly showed the same status.

I was waiting for a gift for my friend's birthday, and it took about 10 days to arrive from China. The tracking updates stopped for several days, which made me a bit anxious. When it finally came, the packaging was intact, but I wished I had better communication about where the package was. Overall, the experience was acceptable, just could have been improved.
