Mixed experience with Hua Xi. I ordered a set of kitchen utensils, and they were supposed to arrive in 4 days. After 5 days, I noticed the tracking was unclear and stopped updating. Eventually, the box arrived, but it was slightly crushed on one side, which made me worry about the contents. Thankfully, everything inside was intact. I appreciated the quick responses from customer service, but the unclear tracking left me frustrated. Given the price, I expected a smoother process. It’s a decent option, but I think I may try a different service next time.
