I ordered a laptop from a warehouse in Germany and it arrived in about 6 days, which is quite impressive. The packaging was intact, but I did have some confusion with the tracking. It showed unclear messages at times, and I wasn't sure where my parcel was for a while. However, customer support was helpful when I reached out. Overall, I'm happy with the service, but I think the tracking system could use some improvements.

The delivery of my jacket was good, but it took longer than I expected. The box wasn't in great shape, but the jacket was unharmed. I think they could improve on tracking updates as well.
