I received a jacket I ordered, and the overall shipping experience was okay. The package came from Montreal to Calgary and took about a week. Although tracking was available, it was not always accurate. The jacket was in perfect condition on arrival, which was a relief, but I wish it had arrived faster. In general, the service met my basic expectations.
